- Returns: notify Recycle Away within 5 days of delivery for damage or returns. Special orders are non-refundable. Standard returns require original cartons in new condition; customer pays return shipping plus a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping: free shipping on selected items; expedited and special delivery services (airfreight, overnight, second-day, inside delivery, lift-gate) available for an additional charge.
